Countries include: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom (UK).
Order & shipping confirmation
You will receive a confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Please re-check your shipping address for mistakes. Extra shipping cost as a result of a wrong address will be for the client’s costs.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please note that during sale and collection releases, dispatch time may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping methods
Packages will be shipped using standard shipping services, which are PostNL and PostNL abroad.
Returns
You can return any Sacksioni product to us within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as your items are in original condition. Costs and risks of the return are for the customer. Here’s how:

- We ask you kindly to describe the reason for returning the product to help us improve.
- Take the package to your nearest post office and return your items using a track and trace code. Once received, your return will be processed and the purchase price will be refunded.
You will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase. Please allow 5 – 14 business days for that to happen. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
* Please be aware that orders placed for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to additional government duties and fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination. These fees must be paid by the customer.
